Plan of action when we list your home for sale:

Our Objective Is The Following:

To find a buyer and negotiate the highest dollar value in the shortest amount of time so you can do what you want when you want.

We try to be open minded and place no limits when taking a“Pro-Active Approach” to get your home sold.

  1. To communicate with you weekly the results of our activities.
  2. To negotiate the highest dollar value... Between you and the buyer.
  3. Submit your home details, pictures and video to the Multiple Listing Service.
  4. Price your home competitively to open the market versus narrowing the market.
  5. Invite agents to Broker Open House and coax them with food.
  6. Promote your home at the company sales meeting.
  7. Promote your home at the MLS marketing meeting.
  8. Develop a list of features of your home for the Brokers to use with their potential buyers.
  9. FAX and E-Mail a features sheet to the top 100 agents in the marketplace for their potential buyers.
  10. Suggest and advise changes to consider for your property to make it more saleable.
  11. Constantly update you as to any changes in the marketplace.
  12. Prospect 2 hours per day and talk to 20 people per day looking for potential buyers.
  13. Contact over the next seven days my buyer leads, center of influence and past clients for their referrals and prospective buyers.
  14. Add additional exposure through a professional sign and key-safe.
  15. Whenever possible pre-qualify the prospective buyers.
  16. Assist out of area agents and their customers when they do not have access to our listings.
  17. Follow-up on the sales professionals who have shown your home for their feedback and response.
  18. Assist you in arranging interim financing if necessary.
  19. Represent you on all offer presentations to assure you in negotiating the best possible price and terms.
  20. Handle all the follow-up upon a contract being accepted all mortgage, title and other closing procedures.
  21. Deliver your check at closing.
